Labor sells out CFA volunteers

Daniel Andrews has once again bowed to demands from the United Firefighters Union (UFU), giving the union the power to decide who will be seconded from Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) to the CFA and the uniforms they will wear.

FRV staff seconded to the CFA will now wear the FRV uniform and not the CFA uniform.

CFA volunteers have fought against these changes but Labor has once again ignored their concerns and appeased UFU boss, Peter Marshall.

It’s clear Daniel Andrews and Labor don’t simply understand the importance of CFA uniform and the what it represents.

Our hardworking, dedicated CFA volunteers deserve better than being shown such disrespect.

Daniel Andrews has lost the confidence of Victorians to govern our state and his destructive fire services changes are placing lives and property at risk.
