THE Liberal Nationals have written to the Commissioner for State Revenue, Mr Paul Broderick PSM, requesting an investigation into whether rorting Labor MP Don Nardella has correctly paid his taxes.

The request is based off information from the PWC report conducted for the Parliament’s Audit Committee which outlines that Mr Nardella ‘rented’ or ‘shared’ properties he claimed as his principal place of residence. Therefore Mr Nardella would have been required to pay land tax on the many other properties he owns.

The question is whether Mr Nardella has provided the same information regarding where he was living to the Parliament and the State Revenue Office.

Mr Nardella is currently being investigated by Victoria Police, the Australian Electoral Commission and the Victorian Electoral Commission.
