The crime tsunami engulfing Victoria continues with the number of offences up another 10.2%.
Daniel Andrews has abandoned community safety and presided over a 20.1% increase in the number of offences in Victoria.
The justice system in Victoria is in crisis because Daniel Andrews weakened bail laws, weakened sentencing, removed move on powers from police, closed police stations and cut frontline police numbers.
One year ago this week, Daniel Andrews promised to smash the violent youth gangs running rampant across our state, but these statistics prove he hasn’t even made a dent.
Despite a 51.6% increase in justice procedures, such as bail and order breaches and repeated warnings including the Bourke St tragedy, Daniel Andrews has failed to toughen bail.
Victoria’s crime tsunami is completely out of control and Daniel Andrews has no solutions to fix it.
