Labor’s mates risk Victoria’s power supply

Daniel Andrews needs to tell his CFMEU mates to pull their heads in.

The dispute between AGL and the CFMEU has been bubbling away for a year now and Daniel Andrews hasn’t had the guts to speak up to the unions.

A shut down of Loy Yang A over Christmas would rip out 30% of Victoria’s power supply at a time when people are trying to relax and spend time with family and friends.

It’s also a time when those who are sick or vulnerable need air conditioning. The timing by Daniel Andrews’ mates is deliberate and calculated to cause maximum damage.

It’s also at a time when a loss of 30% of Victoria’s power is likely to result in blackouts across the state.
