All VCE Results Must Be Released

Daniel Andrews and James Merlino must order the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) to release the VCE results of all Victorian students following this morning’s debacle that saw some results being released early.

VCAA’s statement that they cannot release the rest of the ATAR results today because they haven’t set up their major support service yet is a poor excuse for the thousands of VCE students left in the dark.

The fact that the results were scheduled to be released next Monday but VCAA aren’t planning to set up this service until the Friday before shows that they have been sitting on their hands.

Daniel Andrews must show some leadership and order VCAA to take responsibility for this farce, fast-track their support services, and put the thousands of Victorian students mind at ease by giving them their hard-earned ATAR results.
