Yet again Daniel Andrews is playing catch-up with community safety.

Daniel Andrews is a panicked Premier lurching from one knee-jerk reaction to another with no plan to keep the Victorian community safe.

Only after the Liberal Nationals introduced a bill into Parliament to keep the Russell Street bomber Craig Minogue behind bars has Daniel Andrews been embarrassed into action.

The Andrews Government must now explain if any changes it makes will apply only to police, or all emergency services personnel.

The justice system is in crisis under Daniel Andrews with no leadership, no vision and no plan to bring the crime tsunami in the community and our prisons, under control.
