Jenny Mikakos, who is clearly under pressure to keep her job, is now claiming design problems at Parkville is responsible for more than 20 violent riots under her watch.
Strangely, this frequency of violent riots never occurred under previous ministers responsible for managing Parkville.
From 2010 to 2014, the Parkville facility functioned without controversy, but in the last two years under Jenny Mikakos it has become a basket case.
Jenny Mikakos can make excuses and play the blame game, but the simple fact is these problems have only occurred under her watch.
