Steve Herbert has again today refused to come clean on how many times he rorted his ministerial limousine by having it ferry around his pet dogs between his properties. He has also refused to come clean on how many times his dogs were chauffeured around Melbourne to locations other than his two homes and whether he will also repay the cost of those trips.
If Steve Herbert’s memory is so bad that he can’t remember how many times he has abused his taxpayer funded car then how is he up to the task of being a Minister?
Steve Herbert says he can’t tell the public how many times his dogs were chauffeured because he didn’t keep any records. If Steve Herbert’s record keeping is that sloppy then how can he be trusted to run Victoria’s corrections system and keep track of Victoria’s most violent and dangerous criminals?
It is clear that Steve Herbert does not have the decency to resign as a Minister, so if Daniel Andrews has any decency himself, he must step in and sack him today.
