Violent youth gangs are out of control with home invasions and carjackings and Daniel Andrews, Lisa Neville and Jenny Mikakos have been sitting on their hands, running a commentary instead of taking action.

Jenny Mikakos and Lisa Neville are out of their depth as ministers and have no answers for dealing with repeated violent youth offenders on bail.  Under their watch, violent youth crimes like carjackings and home invasions are getting worse.

Jenny Mikakos and Lisa Neville are not up to their jobs, have no new ideas and need to start thinking about the innocent victims.
