Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council, Mary Wooldridge
Today in Question Time, Philip Dalidakis, the Minister for Small Business, Innovation and Trade, angrily evaded questions about his $300,000 grant to Startup Victoria.
The question related to the process behind the $300,000 grant of taxpayers money to Startup Victoria following the government’s accidental use of their trading name.
Instead of answering this very straightforward and unexceptional question, Philip Dalidakis became highly agitated and highly sensitive.
The minister either has a glass jaw or is deliberately avoiding this question for unknown reasons.
It’s unclear to most observers why the minister doth protest too much.
