Shadow Minister for Women, Georgie Crozier
Daniel Andrews’ left hand doesn’t know what his right hand is doing.
After the confusion and chaos after Cabinet last night, the Andrews Labor Government still hasn’t been able to get its lines right 12 hours later.
This morning, two senior ministers were at odds about a report from the Human Rights Commission ruled that up to 12 clauses in the UFU’s proposed deal with Daniel Andrews’ could be discriminatory towards women, parents, carers and people with disabilities.
Gavin Jennings and Fiona Richardson have contradicted each other about discriminatory clauses towards women, parents, carers and people with disabilities.
Gavin Jennings claimed this morning that diversity issues are from a 6 month old report while only moments later Fiona Richardson says diversity issues need addressing.
On many occasions Daniel Andrews has said that “equality is not negotiable in Victoria”, but it’s now clear that the Premier and Gavin Jennings are ambivalent about it.
