The Andrews Government can’t hide from the fact that Safe Schools and Roz Ward are one and the same.
Daniel Andrews and James Merlino need to explain to Victorian parents why Roz Ward’s fringe views are too extremist for their own advisory committee but not too extreme to be forced onto children in schools.
Just last week Safe Schools was all the Andrews Government wanted to talk about, now Daniel Andrews and James Merlino have gone missing in action.
Daniel Andrews and James Merlino are continuing to force every government school in Victoria to teach Roz Ward’s agenda, sidelining both parents and common sense.
Instead of spending more than $1million of taxpayer money to force Roz Ward’s fringe extremism onto other people’s children, Daniel Andrews should focus on teaching kids to read, write and count.
The Liberal Nationals believe that it is up to parents to instil values into their own children, and government should focus on giving them a sound education to prepare them for adulthood.
Rather than turn our classrooms into sites of world class literacy and numeracy, Roz Ward and Daniel Andrews are trying to turn Victorian classrooms into scenes of Marxist political battles.
Daniel Andrews can’t avoid the glaring obvious anymore: Safe Schools and Roz Ward are one and the same.
