Today’s announcement of a Sky Rail through the northern suburbs confirms that Jacinta Allan is now trolling Victorians.
Whether it is transport strikes, V-Line chaos, unfunded Melbourne Metro, 12 months of indecision on Uber and now spreading Sky Rail into unsuspecting suburbs, Jacinta Allan is easily the worst Andrews Government minister in what is a very competitive contest.
Everyone agrees with extending Mernda Rail and removing level crossings but this shouldn’t be at the expense of the liveability of the local community, especially as they were not warned about this option before the election.
Once again, Daniel Andrews and Jacinta Allan are guilty of not being completely honest with voters before the election.
Before the election, both Labor and the Liberal Nationals committed to extending the Mernda Rail.  But at no point did Daniel Andrews say that the rail line would be elevated.
Victorians will be rightly asking which suburbs and towns Daniel Andrews and Jacinta Allan will deceive next.
Daniel Andrews now needs to come clean and say what she has in store for Sandringham, Frankston, Glen Waverly and the rest of Victoria before the federal election.
In the meantime, Daniel Andrews needs to step in and remove Jacinta Allan as Minister for Public Transport before she does any more damage to Victoria.
