The release of data for the Back to Work program confirms it is a complete failure.
Daniel Andrews’ flagship jobs program has proven to be the Titanic.
This $100 million program has only supported 5,083 jobs (full-time and part-time).
After the dismal uptake in the first quarter, Daniel Andrews opened up the cheque book to increase payments to employers from $1,000 to up to $12,000.  Despite this, Labor’s flawed jobs program continues to fail.
Victoria’s economy is stalling under Daniel Andrews.  And while Victoria’s job market is struggling, New South Wales continues to power ahead under Premier Mike Baird who has created 110,735 full-time jobs since December 2014.
Daniel Andrews put his first budget into deficit, has ratcheted up more debt and is wasting valuable taxpayer money such as his decision to tear up the East West Link contract at a cost of $1.1 billion.
This is why the Victorian economy is drifting while New South Wales powers ahead creating tens of thousands of more full-time jobs.
Before the election Daniel Andrews promised 100,000 full-time jobs within two years and is currently failing to reach that target.
Daniel Andrews has no economic plan and no jobs plan.
