5,000 signatures and counting against Sky Rail

In today’s media, the government boasted of the endorsement it had received from a handful of associations for its cheap and nasty Sky Rail.

Today the Coalition presented to parliament the 5,000th signature on a petition condemning Daniel Andrews for the Sky Rail project and for his complete lack of consultation.

In addition to these 5,000 petitioners, thousands more have joined community action groups, social media networks and online communities in sending their protest to Daniel Andrews.

It speaks volumes of Daniel Andrews’ arrogance that he thinks a distant government cheer squad that has no connection to these suburban communities, is more important than local people.
