Shadow Minister for Planning, David Davis
Daniel Andrews’ Sky Rail is so friendless, he’s now paying people to come out in support of it.
Daniel Andrews appears to have forked out $125,950 of taxpayers money for a report to support his friendless position.
Ian Woodcock is named on a contract from the Level Crossing Removal Authority for the “Engagement of Melbourne University for the provision of design research and community engagement”. The contract period is from 17 September 2015 to 29 February 2016.
Not only does Ian Woodcock appear to have a conflict of interest in publicly backing the Labor Government’s proposal whilst receiving funding from the Labor Government, but questions have to be raised as to why he is being engaged to conduct “community engagement” when he has clearly already made up his own mind.
The handling of this project by Daniel Andrews has been ham-fisted and reminiscent of his time in the Labor cabinet when they mismanaged Myki and the desalination plant.
