The official ABS figures out today showed that Bendigo has lost 6400 full-time jobs since December 2014.
The number of full-time jobs in Bendigo has fallen from 43,800 in December 2014 to 37,400 in September 2015, according to the ABS.
There has been a loss of 1900 full-time jobs in Bendigo in the last month alone.
Quotes attributable to the Shadow Minister for Investment and Jobs Craig Ondarchie:
The loss of so many full-time jobs is terrible news for Bendigo families who can now see that Daniel Andrews is simply failing to deliver on the jobs promises he made.
Daniel Andrews came to office promising to deliver 100,000 full-time jobs within two years but in less than a year Bendigo has already lost a further 6400 full-time jobs.
These are appalling figures which just highlight again that Daniel Andrews and Jacinta Allan do not have an effective jobs plan for the people of Bendigo.
