What Labor is now saying today:
“the new CBD South station to sit 28 metres beneath the street and the CBD North station to sit 37 metres underground.”

Comments attributable to the Shadow Minister for Public Transport, David Hodgett:
Daniel Andrews is chopping and changing on his preferred plan and it looks like he’s making it up as he goes along.
It’s an ominous sign when Labor is now making radical changes to such a critical part of this project so early in its planning stages. Daniel Andrews’ left hand doesn’t know what his right hand is doing.
Daniel Andrews still can’t explain how he’ll fund this project, nor does it have a business case or environmental effects statement. Labor is also being secretive about exactly what properties will be demolished to make way for this project.
