In Parliament yesterday during debate on the Victims of Crime Commissioner Bill, Labor’s Chair of PAEC, Danny Pearson MP, launched a very tasteless attack on Victoria’s public servants:

“David White always used to say that unless you have the willingness and disposition to push a public servant down an open lift well, you will get eaten alive.”

Not content with Labor MPs being at war with one other, Labor MPs are now attacking the public service.

Constructive criticism is always a good thing, but implying physical violence against male and female public servants is totally unacceptable.

Daniel Andrews needs to publicly rebuke his senior Labor MP and ensure an apology is forthcoming.
